Three Sets of Twelve: Level Two

Level two, by depicting the same chair (or twelve nearly identical chairs) in twelve different aspects uninhabited by a jury, explores the jury system with a repeated image in an almost theatrical visual context. Reality in the justice system depends on your perspective. Judicial reality is not monolithic or even stable. Like these chairs, it can be large, small, upside down, empty, and it can disappear.
